Here’s a brief history of who am I… I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1952. When I was 11 years old my family moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1963, a few months before President Kennedy was assassinated. I had a hard time adjusting, adapting to the new language, culture, behaviors, and racial discrimination. I had to be smart, learn fast, and be tougher in order to survive and thrive.
After obtaining a Pre-Med Bachelor of Science degrees from Elmhurst College in 1973, I moved to Los Angeles in 1974. In 1980 I open Alert Messenger, Inc. which reaches to the top 3rd messenger company in Los Angeles, with over 60 employees, in 1989. During this time, I study and invested in real estate, bought my first rental property, a duplex in Hollywood in 1982. I received the California Real Estate Broker license # 01213678 In 1998.
Ever since then, I have established multiple relationships with real estate investors, borrowers, financial institutions, plus a handful of coaches, mentors and financial gurus across this country and in Mexico.
So, after 72 years of Rolling like a Stone, always studding, obtaining my California psychologist license, and continuously learning real estate, finance and human psychology, it brings me to today. Who am I…? I am proud to say that I am the founder and fund manager of AAA Lend Fund. That I am an active buyer and seller of real estate and mortgage notes both in U.S.A. and Mexico, and that I don’t mind talking to other investors or “regular folks” that want to improve their status quo, or those of others.
